FMS is supporting DGS in organizational development, and performance management. We are providing consultation in change management, organization effectiveness and performance issues, and working in partnership with the Department to orchestrate cultural development and organization change initiatives that address Department goals and strategies.

Also, we are providing consultation in resource allocation to optimize outcomes. Expertise provided consist of data analysis, budget formulation, performance measurements and operational design.

The Department of Small and Local Business Development (DSLBD)

FMS is providing ongoing support for research and developmental projects and program analysis. DSLBD requires support in customizing strategic plans, development of facilitate branding and programmatic initiatives, creating public awareness of any issues, product(s) and / or services; targeting market identification and analysis (in this case business capacity), establishing measurable objectives, determining market and economic trends and conditions, identifying and implementing appropriate strategies, conducting focus groups, interviews, administering surveys, analyzing results, drafting reports and communicating with senior executive staff.
