OverviewIn 1987, Federal Management Systems commenced its operations as a sole proprietorship providing accounting, management consulting, facilities management and systems analysis services to local and the Federal government, private sector and nonprofit organizations. Initially, the firm’s focus was directed at addressing the needs of the leading emerging high technology companies of the day, by providing key operational support in response to contract requirements, managing financial operations, and developing internal control policies and procedures. In 1990, the firm was incorporated as Federal Management Systems, Inc. (FMS) and expanded its range of services to include debt management, asset management, security management, information technology, and professional outsourcing services, to name but a few of its evolving product offering.

Today, FMS draws from over 25 years of outstanding performance, highly qualified and experienced personnel, impeccable customer services, and professional integrity to deliver results with every engagement and meet the unique requirements of each of our clients. FMS’ practice is to work closely with its clients to understand each client’s particular situation and perspective in order to meet their needs and perform the required services within their budgetary constraints. We are always prudent in the use of the client’s resources, and we leverage our experience, personnel and process flow to attain the maximum results for our clients.
