GSA awards Schedule Contracts to commercial enterprises under the Federal Supply Schedule Program, to make it easier for Federal customers to access more than 11 million products and service offerings available commercially. This streamlined procurement vehicle significantly reduces the time required by an Agency to obtain commercial services because GSA has already reviewed vendors’ qualifications and capabilities and negotiated rates with them for given periods of time.
Orders placed against GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contracts, using the procedures in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.4, are considered to be issued using full and open competition (see FAR 6.102(d)(3)). Services can be ordered directly from GSA Schedule contractors or through the GSA Advantage!® online shopping and ordering system.
Below is a select list of GSA schedules under which customers may obtain FMS’ services.
