The Seaport Enhanced (Seaport-e) is the contract vehicle of choice to procure all future engineering, technical, logistics, program management and financial support services. It is an ID/IQ (indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity) multiple award contract (MAC) awarded by NAVSEA.
FMS is a SeaPort-e prime contract holder (no subcontractors) in zone (2) National Capital Zone.
Our entire management approach is designed to focus on cost savings while achieving high quality Task Order (TO) performance and results which meet the Navy’s objectives.
Quality Assurance
FMS’ quality program incorporates strong leadership committed to quality performance, defined processes for all Seaport activities, qualified, competent personnel employing professional workmanship, open communications internally and externally to the customer, and delivery of products and services that meet customer requirements. Our quality program encompasses Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) approaches for all Seaport TOs.
Using Quality Management, FMS ensures the right processes and resources are built in to maximize performance and promote consistent quality in all services we provide to the Navy under Seaport.
